Welcome to the official SPSV Test website. Small public service vehicles (SPSVs) consist of taxis, hackneys, wheelchair accessible taxis, wheelchair accessible hackneys and limousines. To become a licensed SPSV operator you need to complete the SPSV Skills Development Test.
