- By post
Book online
You can book your test online now by following these simple steps. Quickly and easily find the test centre that is nearest to you. You can then schedule your exam appointment and receive immediate on-screen and e-mail confirmation.
Book by telephone
You can book your test by calling our lo-call telephone number on 1890 340 123 to book your test over the phone. Please have the following ready when you call:
- Credit/debit card *
- PPS number
- Driving licence number
- SPSV driver licence number (if applicable)
* If you are not the card holder, the card holder must be present to authorise the use of the card.
Book by post (send application form)
Just download and complete this application form (PDF format) and include a cheque or postal order for the appropriate fee. Send your completed application form along with your postal order or cheque to the following address:

Postal Orders and cheques must be made payable to Prometric Ireland Ltd.
