There are three ways to book your test:

1-Book online

Click here to book online now. You can then schedule your exam appointment and receive immediate on-screen and e-mail confirmation.

2-Book by telephone

You can book your test by calling our lo-call telephone number on 1890 340 123 to book your test over the phone. Please have the following ready when you call:

• Credit/debit card *
• PPS number
• Driving licence number
• SPSV driver licence number (if applicable)

* If you are not the card holder, the card holder must be present to authorise the use of the card.

3-Book by post (send application form)

Just download and complete this application form (PDF format) and include a cheque or postal order for the appropriate fee. Send your completed application form along with your postal order or cheque to the following address:

Postal Orders and cheques must be made payable to Prometric Ireland Ltd.
